The Bus Station Service Charter is the information and transparency document that describes the services offered and the commitments made to guarantee the quality of the service to users. The quality standards and methods of service provision are established, as well as information on the rights of travellers and on the protection procedures in the event of disruptions and the rights of travellers are identified in order to always best meet the needs and expectations of the users of the Bus Station.
