Passenger rights
The following regulations only cover assistance to persons with reduced mobility within the Bologna bus station. Passengers must notify the carrier or travel agency of their needs when purchasing tickets.

Request for assistance |
Applicants should contact Autostazione di Bologna Srl at least 36 hours before the coach’s departure by emailing capistazione@autostazionebo.it and attaching a document confirming the applicant’s condition. This document will be processed by the assistance provider for the time strictly necessary and will, in any case, be stored in accordance with the provisions on the processing of personal data. The number 3343408659 is also available for information and assistance and is operational 24 hours a day. |

The passenger requesting assistance |
The passenger requesting assistance Must show up at the meeting point which coincides with the movement / station master office located at the beginning of the bus departure terminals at least 30 minutes before the bus departure time |

Assistance for passengers with reduced mobility |
The staff of the movement office / station master will provide the necessary assistance so that passengers with reduced mobility can locate and then access the departure gate of the coach. There is a wheelchair available at the bus station for transportation needs. |

Assistance for visually impaired passengers |
A 24-hour telephone number (+39 334 340 8659) is available for visually impaired passengers to request information and assistance. The staff at the passenger services office or the security/concierge service, located at the start of the departures terminal, will provide the necessary assistance to enable visually impaired passengers to locate and access the departures terminal or to exit the bus station. |
