Retroactive Complaints

Users of the bus station are informed that, in accordance with ART resolution no. 94 of June 11, 2025, issued within the framework of the proceedings of resolution no. 10 of January 24, 2025, Bologna Bus Station will allow users to submit retroactive complaints regarding the services provided by the bus station for any deficiencies occurring between 25.06.25 al 30.07.25.

Any interested party may submit a complaint starting from June 26, 2025, until – and without extension – July 26, 2025.
